Most cotton candy is junk made with generic and or beet sugar. Our sugar is processed with no preservatives or chemicals and is allergen, gmo, and gluten free and is the main reason our cotton candy has such a light, soft texture and real melt in your mouth taste.
Furthermore, we handspin all our cotton candy ensuring every batch meets our standards for taste and texture excellence. Additionally, we formulate our own cotton candy flavor and color combinations for the quintessential cotton candy experience.

A We produce our cotton candy in a dedicated facility where we only make cotton candy and yes it is peanut and peanut tree free.

A No, we make only cotton candy — no other products — so therefore you can rest assured our cotton candy contains no peanuts, gluten, soy, dairy or eggs.
Q What is the standard turnaround time for orders?
A Our standard leadtime is 5–7 business days to process an order; however, we have been known to accept orders in the morning and produce and ship the same day.
Q What is Spinn Candy’s standard packaging?
A We use clear gusseted plastic bags, which we heat-seal immediately after spinning.
Q How much cotton candy is contained in a single package?
A Serving sizes range from 1.5 ounce to 3 ounces. Customer’s choice!
Q Can you produce custom labels?
A Yes, clients sometimes provide artwork for us to print, or we can design label personalization for approval. Happy to discuss your ideas!

Q Are you available to spin onsite at an event?
A Absolutely! But it does depend on the distance from our facility as well as our availability/bandwidth. Please reach out with as much advance notice as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Q Beyond the clear plastic bags, what packaging options are available for event favors?
A We can package cotton candy in a variety of clear glass jars, among other things. Please let us know what you’d like to do when submitting a query.

Q Where does SpinnCandy ship?
A We ship anywhere in the United States, though our customers tend to be from the Mid-Atlantic region. That said, we’d gladly add another pin to our ever-expanding map!
Q How is SpinnCandy cotton candy shipped?
A We leave the carrier up to you. Choose from FedEx, UPS and the USPS. Please allow 1 business days for shipment within the Tri-State area and 3-5 business days anywhere else within the United States.
Q How should I store Spinn Candy?
A Store cotton candy in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. We recommend leaving in its package as long as possible prior to enjoying. Our heat sealed packages will last several weeks if kept in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
Q What is the minimum amount of cotton candy I am able to order?
A Our minimum size order for party favors is 50 packages.
Q What is the maximum amount of cotton candy I am able to order at any one time?
A We have commercial clients that order 4000 custom bags. Let us know your needs and we’ll work with you to deliver what you want.
Q Can you deliver directly to a venue?
A Absolutely. Just let us know when and where and we’ll be there.
